Ten Second Review
Volkswagen Touareg Lease Review - The Touareg is Volkswagen’s awkwardly named entry into the 4x4 market, but it’s one that is worth taking notice of. This is especially true if your budget doesn’t stretch to the levels it needs to be to afford one of the more established names in the market.

There isn’t a whole lot that the Touareg does wrong in all fairness. There isn’t a seven seat model of the vehicle available, and the interior is a little bit plain. Having said that the car itself comes with a fairly impressive array of features for the price you pay.

It is with the drive where the Touareg starts to match up with its rivals. Tight steering, a solid engine and a smooth drive enable the car to handle most surfaces as a feature. These features also allow the car to stack up against most base models from the likes of Land Rover and similar established names.

Unfortunately it is that establishment that is likely to do the Touareg in. While the car will certainly provide most of the functionality, you would need for a 4x4 it is extremely unlikely that they will become sought after by collectors. This takes out an entire niche of the market who would want them to retain some resale value which helps lower monthly lease payments. If you are going for the Touareg you might have to fork out a little extra each month as we reckon the value of the vehicle will depreciate rapidly despite its qualities.
