Remuneration & Commission
What fees will I pay?
We charge a fee of £250 including VAT for our services. These services include:
- Helping you to find a suitable vehicle that meets your needs and requirements.
- Helping you to understand the contract hire product used to finance your vehicle so that it meets your needs and requirements.
- Helping you to complete the required paperwork.
- Sourcing and securing credit with our lending panel.
- Sourcing and securing your vehicle from our network of suppliers and dealerships.
Once your order with us has been confirmed, we will send you a link to Sage Pay for you to make the payment for our services. Please note that this link should not be used to make any payments to the funder. If you cancel your order and don’t enter into a finance agreement with the funder, you can request a refund, minus a £5 administration fee.
Do you receive commission?
Yes, we will receive a fixed and/or variable commission which is agreed between us and the funder we introduce you to. Intelligent Car Leasing Limited is an independent credit broker, not a lender. We work with a range of selected funders. The commission or fees we earn does not influence our decision on who we introduce you to. The commission we receive is included in the price you pay. You can ask for information about the commission we receive for introducing you to the funder, including the amount, by emailing us at any time at compliance@intelligentcarleasing.com
Pricing
Contract Hire payments are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate. Personal Contract Hire rates are inclusive of VAT. All quotations include Road Fund Licence for the contractual period (with the exception of Finance Lease and Personal Contract Purchase). The servicing element (if applicable) includes all routine maintenance, servicing, tyres, batteries, exhausts and necessary repair cost with the exception of accident damage. All pricing is correct at the time of print, unless changes in vehicle prices announced by the manufacturer or any fluctuations in FHBR. These figures do not constitute an offer. All applications subject to credit approval. Errors and Omissions excluded.
Vehicle Data
The vehicle data displayed on the website is supplied by CAP AUTOMOTIVE. Whilst every effort is made to verify and ensure the accuracy of the data, the information should only be used as a guide and no decision should be made to purchase, hire or lease a specific vehicle without verification of the latest data from either the manufacturer or franchised dealer.

Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes quoted are subject to credit clearance, deposit payments being received along with all signed order forms and contracts being received by Intelligent Car Leasing Limited.
Complaints Procedure
Our business is covered by the BVRLA Conciliation Service and the Financial Ombudsman Service. Any financial services complaints we cannot settle may be referred to either the BVRLA or the Financial Ombudsman Service.
